Since 2018 Best Flats welcomes guests at home and abroad, who are looking for a comfortable, temporary stay in the 'Kempen' area. Best Flats stands for a stay with no worries: utilities and the best service are included! Our flats are not rented out as tourist accommodation, but fall under Belgian residential tenancy legislation and the Flemish Housing Code. All residents are expected to register their domicile/residence with the city or municipality at the address of the flat for the entire rental period.
