The newly built accommodation includes 15 modern flats, ranging from 1-bedroom studios to a luxurious loft. Additionally, there is an underground parking lot for 7 cars and tens of bikes.

Comfort is key: every flat has its own washing machine and tumble dryer, a seperate toilet and a completely equipped kitchen.
