Update on Constructions in Turnhout

Since August 2023, we have been working on the construction of our new apartment complex at Lokerenstraat 118 in Turnhout. Today, June 27, 2024, we are pleased to report that the work is progressing well and is on schedule for the planned completion by the end of 2024.

The recently taken photos show that the structural work is nearly complete and the brick facade is fully finished. Preparations are currently underway to install the utilities. The windows will be installed next, after which we can begin the full interior finishing, including floors, kitchens, and bathrooms.

Starting July 15, work will temporarily pause for our well-deserved construction holiday. After that, we will resume work immediately to meet our end-of-2024 deadline. Our goal is to be fully operational and start leasing around January - February 2025.

These apartments offer opportunities for a wide audience. On the one hand, they are ideal for employees in the wider Turnhout region (Vosselaar, Merksplas, Beerse, Ravels, etc.), but also for workers from the Eindhoven and Tilburg areas, thanks to the convenient connection to the E34.
